GLEN MORAY 12 YEARS OLD SINGLE MALT WHISKY - Speyside, Scotland
NOSE: At full strength, the aroma is sweet, fruity and floral, exceptionally well-rounded and balanced in flavour, characteristic of this classic Speyside single malt. The first impression is of Highland toffee and candy floss with honeycomb and sweet malt notes. Herbal top notes are discovered with heather and brambles.
With water, honeycomb changes to beeswax and rich fruity notes emerge with blackcurrants, dried apricots and figs. In the background are enticing spices with cloves and ginger marmalade.
TASTE: As befits a classic Speyside malt, the taste is smooth, warming and rounded with a good firm body. Lots of sweet, soft malty flavours evolve in the centre of the palate, surrounded by toffee and mouth watering fruits (blackcurrants and dried apricots). Boiling sweets reach the roof of the mouth before the emergence of liquorice, tea and nut oil.
FINISH: Toffee, blackcurrants and a hint of liquorice remains into the finish which is medium in length.

Peace Tree has teamed up with our friends at Iowa City’s iconic John’s Grocery to create this kettle-soured witbier.
John’s Grocery has been an institution in Iowa City for generations, first opening their doors in 1948. They were one of the pioneering wine & spirits shops in the Midwest for carrying imported beers from Germany and Belgium, as well as American craft beers and sours.
This brew starts with pale malted barley, wheat and oats and is kettle-soured before finishing fermentation with a Belgian yeast. Coriander and orange peel complement the yeast esters with a spicy, citrus character.
Here’s a toast to all the generations who’ve paved the way for beer!

Soft Parade is a Fruit Rye Ale brewed with rye flakes and loaded with pureed strawberries, blueberries, raspberries and blackberries. This rose-colored ale has aromas of ripe strawberries and grain. With flavors of fresh berries and rye, Soft Parade finishes dry and eminently drinkable.
Soft Parade was originally developed because Joe Short wanted to create a beer that incorporated a medley of berries, had a great color, and appealed to wine drinkers. The name Soft Parade stemmed from two moments in Joe Short’s life. First, because Joe worked as a brewer at the Traverse Brewing Company and The Doors album, The Soft Parade, played every day at the end of the brew shift. The second moment occurred when Joe was driving by himself, flipping through CD’s in his car, and came across The Soft Parade album again. At the time, The Soft Parade beer had not been named and it dawned on Joe that the medley of fruit infusing into the golden beer reminded him of a soft parade. That day the beer was named!

CASK: TRADITIONAL AND AMERICAN OAK
FLAVOUR: DELICATELY BALANCED WITH STRONG PINEAPPLE NOTES
Smooth, balanced, fruity… an invitation to indulgence in liquid form
This whisky has been called a lot of things in its time: smooth, fruity, complex, sophisticated, entertaining, classic. The Original Malt Whisky Almanac says: “A first-class malt. One of the most popular malts in the world – deservedly so.”
Representing The Glenlivet’s signature style, this classic malt is matured primarily ex-American Oak casks. These impart notes of vanilla and give the whisky its distinctive smoothness. The mineral-rich water that comes from Josie’s Well helps form the flavours during mashing and fermentation, whilst the specific height and width of the copper stills add a delicate yet complex character.
Keep a bottle on hand for every occasion.
Nitro Pumpkin Spice Latte is a stout made with dark roasted malts and carefully roasted, cold pressed coffee beans. Ancient buffalo carved paths through the wilderness that led American pioneers and explorers to new frontiers. One such trail led to the banks of the Kentucky River where Buffalo Trace Distillery has been making bourbon whiskey the same way for more than 200 years. In tribute to the mighty buffalo and the rugged, independent spirit of the pioneers who followed them, we created our signature Buffalo Trace Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey.
This deep amber whiskey has a complex aroma of vanilla, mint and molasses. Pleasantly sweet to the taste with notes of brown sugar and spice that give way to oak, toffee, dark fruit and anise. This whiskey finishes long and smooth with serious depth.
